Conditions

Certain conditions must be qualified to rent a car:

1. DRIVER'S AGE

A driver must be minimum 21 years old, with a minimum driving experience of 2 years.


2. DOCUMENTS

You need to present a valid driving licence, an identity card or a passport and a credit card (Amex, Diners, MasterCard, Visa). Foreign citizens are not obligated to have an international driving licence.


3. DEPOSIT

Credit card is preauthorized to the amount depending on a number of rental days, a group of vehicle, insurance, countries to which you travel, etc. Payment is done after returning a vehicle.


4. CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

After finishing the procedure both parties sign the Car rental agreement.


5. THE PURPOSE OF RENT

In exceptional cases, such as suspecting our vehicle would be used for illegal acts, we reserve a discrete right to decline a customer.

General Info

1. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

A rent could last shorter than 24 hours, with a minimal charge of one day (24 hours). Tolerable delay is 3 hours, after which an extra day will be charged.


2. PAYMENT

Payment can be done in cash, by credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Diners), bank cards (Maestro, Visa electron), and a bank transfer.


3. VEHICLE INSURANCE

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) - basic obligatory insurance, kasko with participation in damage
TP (Theft Protection) - theft insurance
PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) – passenger insurance
SUPER CDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) – full kasko, no participation in damage

All vehicles are insured against the responsibility for damage done to the third party. Damage done by our vehicle is covered by the insurance company to the amount stated by the law, but on the condition that the hirer obeyed General terms of Rental Agreement. SUPER CDW is not mandatory. If the user doesn’t take an extra insurance (SUPER CDW), in case of damage he pays the repair from the minimum amount of 984,00 KN to the maximum of 8.750,00 KN, depending on a group of vehicle. Every new damage must be reported to POLICE, otherwise the insurance is not valid. No insurance covers wheels (tyres, wheel rim, hubcaps), understructure and interior damage.


4. PRICE

Basic rental price includes daily rental, unlimited mileage, CDW, TP, PAI and TAX. SUPER CDW is not included.


5. FUEL

All rental cars are provided with a full tank of fuel (8/8) and should be refueled prior to return, otherwise missing gasoline and refueling charge (100,00 KN) will be applied.


6. OPTIONS/ADDITIONAL PAYMENT (VAT included)

Lost car keys: 450,00 KN - 1.700,00 KN
Lost car documents: 1.800,00 KN
Fueling wrong fuel: 1.800,00 KN and more, depending on the vehicle, where it is located etc.
